Our facility situated on Jalan Bukit Cherakah in Shah Alam encompasses two lots, extending over an area of 1.5 acres. It includes a production area of 30,000 square feet as well as a storage space of equal dimensions.

OUR FACTORY HEAD ALONG WITH TEAM OF SKILLED WORKERS
All employees in the factory include positions such as a general manager, a plant manager, a manufacturing manager, a technical quality manager, and a financial manager, in addition to 15 technical workers and 10 non-technical workers, amounting to a workforce of 30. Of these employees, 23 are engaged directly on the manufacturing front line.
PANEL SAW MACHINE
We operated with two panel saw
machines, enabling us to process two
pallets daily. Although each machine is
capable of cutting six panels at once,
we limit the cuts to four to maintain
superior quality and extend the blades'
durability.
ABS EDGING MACHINE
We owned three ABS edging machines, designed to provide
outstanding precision and efficiency for MFC, MDF,
and Plywood production, ensuring a perfect and
accurate finishing process.

CNC 6 SIDED DRILLING
AND MILLING MACHINE
We owned two CNC machines equipped for
6-sided drilling and milling. These advanced
machines offer multi-side drilling, enabling
operations on all six faces of a workpiece.
With automation that significantly reduces
the need for manual input, they enhance
operational efficiency. Furthermore, they
deliver high precision, achieving accuracy
within micrometers, making them ideal for
handling complex and detailed workpieces.
PACKING ZONE
Packing zones are vital for enhancing
efficiency and precision in order processing,
maximizing space usage, and increasing
worker productivity. Additionally, they
improve safety by reducing clutter. In the
long run, integrating packing zones ensures
timely and accurate deliveries, resulting in
higher customer satisfaction, strengthened
customer loyalty, and a positive effect on
the company's financial results.
