We want to thank the BUÉNOS kitchen team for an excellent job. We were so delighted that the kitchen and wardrobes turned out to be so nice and delivered on time. Fully customized solid wood kitchen There is always an element of anxiety when the project starts, because a big chunk of the renovation money goes to the kitchen. But as soon as we see the actual kitchen that is quality and functional, it relieves our anxiety. Kitchen is truly the heart of a home, and everyone who comes to our house has positive comments on our kitchen. Our kitchen looks classic and timeless and surely bumped up the property price. Less stress, excellent service
Liz and I have been friends for a long time and when I had the opportunity to have a new kitchen in my new home, I asked her to help me and it was great to work with her, as she knows my lifestyle so well. Yes our lifestyle determines the placement of appliances and choosing the right materials for the kitchen. She’s just a phone away and ensured we were happy with the process . Would absolutely recommend BUÉNOS to anyone without a second thought.
No major issue despite different states
We were not sure whether to choose a kitchen specialist from KL or from Kuantan. What if something breaks down, what if the cost is higher, etc, etc. We visited BUÉNOS twice to discuss the concept and budget, then they came out with drawings and plans. After we were satisfied and agreed, they came and visited us in Kuantan to do site measurement and iron out details. They were a little bit late in completing the job, about a week late but we can forgive them as soon as we saw the kitchen. My wife was jumping around and can’t wait to cook in the new kitchen. It has been a year since the kitchen was installed, and we haven't found any issues.
Quick to respond and resolve
The experience was positive, some problems occurred but the team was consistently ready to respond. I felt the team was flexible and supportive. Few times there were some communications among the BUÉNOS team and interior designers fell between the cracks, but they were quick to respond and able to resolve it fast. That's what matters to us.
